01 / THE ROLE
What you are here to change.
You will own the client journey from discovery through adoption. Working alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer where technical depth is needed, you will turn ambiguous business problems into clear workflow opportunities, align stakeholders, test what works, enable users and keep iterating until the client sees measurable value and recommends us.
02 / WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Design what works
Use frontier AI models to prototype better workflows and partner with an FDE when a solution needs production engineering.
Run the engagement
Create the plan, manage risks and decisions, keep stakeholders aligned and move the work to closure.
Enable the team
Facilitate practical sessions, coach users and create the playbooks that help new behaviours stick.
Own adoption
Track weekly use, learn where the workflow breaks and improve it until it becomes part of normal work.
Earn advocacy
Take responsibility for business impact, client experience and NPS—not simply completion of activities.
03 / THE FIT
What we are looking for.
Required
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, including meaningful client-facing consulting, implementation, product, programme or business-analysis work.
- Hands-on use of current AI models to solve unfamiliar business problems.
- Strong systems thinking across people, process, technology, incentives and outcomes.
- Confidence facilitating workshops and explaining technical ideas to non-technical teams.
- Evidence that you can create structure, manage stakeholders and drive ambiguous work to completion.
Useful, not essential
- An MBA or equivalent business training.
- Experience with AI SaaS implementation, change adoption or no-code automation tools.
- Evidence of owning customer feedback, adoption, NPS or measurable business outcomes.

You prefer strategy without execution, training without implementation, or project tracking without responsibility for whether the client's behaviour actually changes.
