01 / THE ROLE
What you are here to change.
You will pair with an AI Delivery Strategist on client projects. They lead problem framing, alignment and adoption; you lead the technical path from prototype to dependable workflow. Both of you remain accountable for the client outcome. Expect to move between code, APIs, agent behaviour, user conversations and production issues in the same week.
02 / WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Prototype quickly
Turn promising ideas into working agents, automations and tools quickly enough to learn from real use.
Productionise carefully
Build integrations, authentication, observability, error handling and deployment paths that survive beyond a demo.
Evaluate reliability
Test outputs, failure modes, latency and fallbacks so the workflow can be trusted.
Stay close to users
Explain trade-offs clearly, observe usage and change the system when reality disagrees with the design.
Make work reusable
Document patterns and components that make future client deployments faster and stronger.
03 / THE FIT
What we are looking for.
Required
- 2–5 years of software engineering, solutions engineering or product-building experience.
- Strong software fundamentals and comfort with APIs, data and integration patterns.
- Practical experience building with LLMs, agents, retrieval, tool use or evaluation—not only completing courses.
- Evidence that you learn unfamiliar tools and domains quickly and ship useful work.
- Clear communication with business users and client technical teams.
Useful, not essential
- A BTech or equivalent engineering foundation.
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation alongside conventional engineering.
- Experience deploying systems in ambiguous customer or internal operations environments.

You want requirements fully specified before you begin, prefer prototypes to production responsibility, or would rather avoid regular interaction with the people using what you build.
